Why edit yesterdays photos today?
Same day delivery is important for several reasons.
First, we understand you have (in most cases) 72 hours from listing to upload to the MLS. By the time you schedule photos and we can get out there to take them, your precious time is almost gone. Waiting until the next day (or even longer in some cases) to get your photos pushes you to the limit of available time.
Additionally, most sellers expect their property on the MLS as quickly as possible.
Every photographer shoots and edits every day. That is the nature of our business!
